Refund policy

At OverDrip.in, each item is made-to-order just for you. As part of our commitment to quality and sustainability, we do not hold inventory or mass-produce — which means we have a limited returns policy.


📦 Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size chart before placing your order)

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Delays caused by shipping or couriers


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is significantly different from the description or preview:

  1. Email us at infooverdrip@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item and the issue

    • A short description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion), completely free of charge.


🔁 Refunds (if applicable)

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You will be notified once the refund has been issued.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Because every item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns unless there is a valid issue (damage or defect).
Items returned to us without prior communication will not be accepted or refunded.


🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Re-check your bank or payment provider.

  2. Contact your bank, as it may take a few days to officially post.

  3. If it’s been more than 10 business days, contact us at infooverdrip@gmail.com


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please double-check your size and product choices before confirming your order.
