Thank you for shopping with OverDrip.in! Since every product is made to order, please take a moment to review our shipping process and expectations.

🛠️ Order Processing

  • All items are made-to-order using print-on-demand services.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and production before shipment.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

  • India: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after production.

  • International Orders: Delivery can take 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs.

Note: Shipping times may vary due to demand, location, courier issues, or public holidays.

📦 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India and select international locations. If your country is not supported during checkout, feel free to contact us.

💸 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping may be offered during select promotions or on minimum order thresholds (check our homepage for updates).

⚠️ Delays & Issues

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier delays

  • Natural events or public holidays

📮 Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

💥 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery) at infooverdrip@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🧾 Customs & Duties (for international orders)

Any import taxes, customs duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.
